This is "Port-en-Bessin, Outer Harbour at High Tide" by Seurat. It was painted in 1888 and is an oil on canvas. I enjoy this because it is a landscape. But most importantly, if you zoom in on this picture it looks pixelated. The detail is very fine which makes the painting very realistic.
